About us

Consuelo Griggio is a cultural anthropologist specializing in the study of islands, tourism, and heritage. Consuelo is a certified tour guide with SveGuide, the Swedish Association of Tour Guides, since 2019. She is married to Thomas Kuhn, Professor in Atmospheric Sciences at Luleå University of Technology, campus Kiruna (Sweden). Consuelo and Thomas have been living in their Gotlandic farm in Gothem (ca 35 km east of Visby) since 2015. Before moving to Gotland, they lived in Germany, Italy, the UK, the USA, Canada, Norway, and Sweden.

Consuelo speaks four languages daily: English, German, Swedish, and Italian.
